Enrollment Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years of age and will be 16 before taking the state board test.
• Must provide at least a 9th grade transcript / copy of Diploma or GED
• Copy of Driver’s license or Picture ID & Social Security Card.
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• TB Test (Private Health Care Provider)
• If accepted $150.00 Registration fee
• Income information may be required for financial aid
• Two passport sized photos
• Final Conference with admissions to make sure that everything has been completed

Hours of Attendance:

Saturday’s are MANDATORY
